The Tri-County Electric Cooperative will hold it’s 80th annual meeting on Saturday at the Cooperatives headquarters on Broadway in Mt. Vernon.
There will be a live line safety demonstration, bounce houses and face painting for children, and lemon shake-ups. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
Registration and distribution of patronage checks begins at 7:30. Free breakfast will be served until 9:30 am. The exhibits open at eight, with a live line demonstration at 8:45 am. Children’s activities are planned from nine to ten. The business meeting begins at ten, with prize drawings at the end of the meeting around 11. The children’s activities will then reopen until noon. Lunch will be served at 11:30 Saturday morning.
Members who are registered before the business meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. will receive a $10 bill credit.
