Investigation into suspicious person at Mt. Vernon Convenience Store leads to drug  arrest   

A 41-year-old Deer Lodge, Montana man is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on multiple charges following an investigation by a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy on a suspicious person.

William Brent Larion was taken into custody at the Hucks Convenience Store at 1801 South 10th Street in Mt. Vernon after numerous illegal items were found in the vehicle.  They include a large amount of cannabis, psilocybin mushrooms, firearm ammunition, and other illegal drug evidence.

Larion was arrested for cannabis trafficking, controlled substance trafficking, possession of firearm ammunition by a felon and possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine.
