While talking to the woman who reportedly called, Burdine allegedly appeared with a baby in his arms and ordered the sheriff’s deputies off his property. Burdine allegedly became more aggressive and was eventually tased after putting down the baby.
He was taken to the Marion County Jail on two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting and obstructing arrest, and endangerment of a child.
Once at the jail, Burdine allegedly had another outburst when being asked questions during the booking process.
