The Kaskaskia College Nursing Program will host an “Explore Nursing Night” at the main college campus on Tuesday, February 26th. The event is open to anyone interested in Licensed Practical Nursing or Associate Degree Nursing Programs. It will start at 6:00 p.m.
The Nursing Program at KC has a strong history of graduating successful nurses. With a dedicated and experienced faculty, a new state-of-the-art Nursing Education Center, Simulation Lab, and convenient clinical sites, students attending KC can earn their degrees and become a practicing nurse in a little as one or two years depending on the program you choose.
Whether you are interested in working at hospitals, home health, seeking an advanced degree or serving as a CEO of a healthcare organization, nursing has an option for you and Kaskaskia can help you get there.
During the open house, people will have a chance to tour the Nursing Education Center and the Simulation Lab as well as learn about the TEAS Test and program application process.
Those who attend will be able to explore all Nursing Program options as well as meet with current and former students, meet the faculty and speak with the financial aid staff.
