Kaskaskia College loses second round game of national tournament  

Kaskaskia College loses its second-round game in the National Junior College tournament to Coffeyville, Kansas 76 to 73.

The game went down to the wire, with a jump shot at the buzzer by  Jamel Thomas just missing that would have sent the game into overtime.   Coffeyville led 38-32 at half-time before KC made their comeback late in the game.   KC was led by Park Dortch with 24 points.  Thomas Bell added 22 and Thomas 16.
