Jessie Gene O’Neal Sr. 73, of Centralia, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Doctor’s Nursing and Rehab in Salem, IL. Jessie was known for being a handy man. If something was not working, he could take it apart and put it back together as if there was never anything wrong. He took pride in his hobbies, working on lawnmowers, making things look new again with spray paint, and working on trinkets. He was a very good story teller. Anyone that knew him, he could light up any room. Most of all, Jessie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
