Two are sentenced back to probation after their original probation is revoked

Two people have been placed back on probation after their original probationary terms were earlier revoked for violations.

24-year-old Jazmin Acres of West Kell in Centralia had her probation revoked on a theft conviction based on a new obstructing justice charge and not appearing in curt when required. Judge Mark Stedelin placed her back on two year’s probation, with credit for time served in the Marion County Jail, and ordered her to complete drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.

30-year-old Jessica Murray of Lakeshore Drive in Centralia had her probation on an unlawful use of property charge in connection with the manufacture of meth revoked based on a positive drug test. She was placed back on four year’s probation and 160 days in the Marion County Jail with credit for time served. The court will also try and help place her in an inpatient drug treatment program. Murray’s original conviction on the drug charge was in 2014.
