Odin Splits Season Opening Tournament In Pinckneyville

The Odin Lady Eagles opened up their season splitting two games in the Pinckneyville #204 Tournament.  In game 1 Audrey Clark had 15 strikeouts in 6 innings, but was a tough luck loser in a 4-1 loss to Elverado.  Aliza Davis hit a solo home run accounting for the only offense for Odin.  Alanis Luctefeld also had a single.  It was a matchup of two teams that finished 2nd and 3rd at state last year.

In game 2, Jacey Vaughn picked up the win going 3 innings in a 17-7 win over Pinckneyville.  Amiah Wallace led the way with 2 hits.  Vaughn and Macie Rose also had singles.  Odin will host Franklin Park at Spears Park tomorrow at 4:30.
