Police Beat for Saturday, August 24th, 2019

31-year-old Andy Appleton of Selmaville Road in Salem was arrested for misdemeanor theft.   Salem Police arrested Appleton at the request of Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies who had developed him as a suspect in a theft case.  He was taken to the Marion County Jail.

Salem Police arrested 39-year-old Dominic Arnold of West 6th Street in Centralia on a Florida warrant for failure to properly register as a sex offender.   He was picked up by police who were investigating a suspicious person complaint in the 300 block of East Olive Street.

33-year-old Jaime Evilsizer of East McCord in Centralia was returned to Marion County by prisoner transport on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant on a burglary conviction.

20-year-old Danielle Campbell of East Main in Salem was arrested by Salem Police on a retail theft complaint from Walmart.   She was released on $150 bond.

33-year-old John Bailey of James Street in Centralia was arrested at the probation office on a failure to appear warrant issued n a Marion County traffic case.
