A 31-year-old Herrin man has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to unlawful delivery of under five grams of methamphetamine.
Keith Horton was also ordered to complete two years of mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison.
The charge dates back to a drug delivery set up by the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force in Salem in April 2017.
Horton is already serving an eight-year prison term for unlawful delivery of meth in Franklin County. The two sentences will be served concurrently.
