The Salem Police Department raised $640 during its No-Shave November campaign for Leaps of Love.

Officers and staff paid in the money to be allowed to grow facial hair for the month of November.  Some kicked in additional money to be able to keep their facial hair through December.

The police department made the donation to Leaps of Love on Friday.   The non-profit organization supports families affected by childhood cancer.
