Kinmundy man pleads guilty to burglary of car during Christmas Eve service    

A 42-year-old Kinmundy man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a burglary charge for entering a vehicle during a 2018 Christmas Eve Service at the Kinmundy Christian Church.

Randal Armstrong of Armstrong Road was placed on two years probation, ordered to undergo alcohol, drug, and mental health evaluation and treatment with no usage of drugs and alcohol with random testing.

State Police also arrested Armstrong for driving under the influence after he reportedly struck one of the vehicles when trying to get away.
