Three people were arrested after a search warrant was executed on a Central City mobile home Friday afternoon.

Central City Police Sergeant Nick Heath reported three residents of the home at #12 Richmond Heights Mobile Home Park were taken into custody.    27-year old Heather Raterman and 33-year-old Brian Miller were arrested for Class X felonies for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.  The charges were enhanced due to the use of surveillance cameras at the home.  Raterman also faces a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon after a loaded handgun was found in the home.   In all, Central City Police say the two had about 18 grams of methamphetamine.

The third resident, Robin Martoccio, had apparently just started staying at the home.  She was given a notice to appear for possession of methamphetamine after about a gram of the drug was found in her possession.

A fourth adult in the home who was in the shower at the time of the bust started was released without being charged.

Central City Police say they obtained a search warrant after Centralia Police received information from a man who they stopped walking  Friday morning who indicated he had just purchased drugs at the home.  Centralia assisted in the execution of the search warrant.

Both Raterman and Miller were taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on the filing of formal charges.
