Police Beat for Sunday, May 31st, 2020      

Three people remained in custody at the Marion County Jail on Sunday for alleged domestic battery.   23-year-old Matthew Harris of East Park in Kinmundy was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on Friday.    19-year-old Dakota Day, who told jail officials he was homeless, was arrested on Saturday by Centralia Police following an incident at a home on Nelms Street.   Centralia Police arrested 40-year-old Eddie Phillips of Frazier Street in Centralia on Saturday after he was earlier entered as a person of interest in an earlier domestic battery case.

Three people were taken into custody on Saturday on outstanding warrants.   41-year-old Natasha Rever of East 11th in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a no bond Kankakee warrant.   26-year-old Kole Koehler, who told jail officials he was homeless, turned himself in on a warrant to revoke his probation on a conviction for possession of a meth precursor.  Bond is set at $15,000.   34-year-old Christin Page of Mills Road in Walnut Hill was arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant in a pending burglary case.  Bond is set at $15,000.

Two people were arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies following a Saturday night altercation in the parking lot of the Twisted Sisters Bar in Kell.   23-year-old Colton Crawford of Ellis Street in Mt. Vernon was given a notice to appear for disorderly conduct.  27-year-old Brooke Gregory of the same address was given a notice to appear for battery.
