Felony plea agreements were accepted in two Marion County cases on Thursday.
25-year-old Leon Allen of East Chestnut in Odin pleaded guilty to felony theft for having possession of three stolen rings valued at $500 to $10,000. The theft allegedly occurred on August 16th, 2019. Allen was placed on 18 months probation and fined $100 and costs. No restitution was accessed.
37-year-old Adam Phillips II of Warmouth Street in Salem pleaded guilty to possession of under five grams of methamphetamines. He was placed on two years probation, given credit for time served in the Marion County Jail and pay costs totaling $2,475. A charge of driving with a revoked license and other charges were dismissed.
