Three face new felony charges in Marion County Court

Three have been charged with new felony offenses in Marion County Court.

31-year-old Travis Wooters of South Sycamore in Centralia has been charged with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle from an August 19th incident.

22-year-old Jonathan Shizirungur of Antioch, Tennessee had bond set at $10,000 after being charged with unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon.  He’s accused of having six .380 caliber cartridges in his possession when stopped by a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy on Tuesday.  The Class Three felony charge carries a mandatory penalty of two to ten years in prison upon conviction.

A 30-year-old Centralia man had bond set at $25,000 after being charged with felony domestic battery.  Richard Woods III of South Walnut is accused of biting the hand and striking the face of a family member.   The charge was a felony due to a prior domestic battery conviction.

All three had public defenders appointed to represent them.
