Police Beat for Friday, November 20th, 2020

A 60-year-old Flora woman was arrested by Odin Police for alleged aggravated battery following an ongoing neighborhood dispute over a dog.  Rhonda Castleberry of Cherrybark is accused of spraying another woman in the face with pepper spray.

41-year-old Shawn Stevens of Johnson Street in Centralia was arrested by Central City Police for alleged possession of methamphetamine.

30-year-old Mitchell Keppler of South Poplar in Patoka was arrested by State Conservation Police for alleged driving under the influence.

Four others were arrested on outstanding warrants.

  • 34-year-old LeRoy Evilsizer of South Marion Street in Centralia was arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant on an identity theft charge and a Clinton County warrant in a deceptive practice case.   He’s being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
  • 24-year-old Chalin Carpenter of Foxville Road in Kell was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond for failure to appear on a meth precursor charge.
  • 26-year-old Jubal Dulaney of North Trenary in Salem was arrested by Salem Police who stopped a suspicious pedestrian.   He was wanted on a Marion County petition to revoke his probation in an aggravated battery case.
  • 30-year-old Kimberly Burton of Bundyville Road in Walnut Hill was arrested at the probation office for failure to appear on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant.  Bond is set at $300.
