A 31-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant. Jerrad Middleton of England Road is wanted for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to an occupied home. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
