The Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce is making $100 donations to six non-profit organizations in the city.

Executive Director Jessiycka Coleman says the donations are going to help the Pregnancy Care Clinic, Mission Salem, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, CASA of Marion County, Salem Ministerial Alliance, and the Daffy Dill Garden Club.

She says the chamber board wanted to offer support to the organizations that support our community and businesses and have been negatively impacted by COVID-19.

Coleman notes this also meets the purpose of the chamber which is to advance the civic, social, and cultural potential of its members and the people of Salem and vicinity.
