Betty J. (Luttrell) Teitsort, 78, of Odin, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Odin Healthcare Center. Betty was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed going camping and fishing. Betty loved spending time with her family and friends.
Per Betty’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. In addition to her husband of 30 years, Roger Teitsort of Odin, she is also survived by her three children: Diana Yates of Texas, Ronald “Keith” Evans and wife Julie of Nebraska and Kathy Minor and husband Jeff of Florida; four grandchildren: Kendra Roman, Connor Snyder, Bethany Gardner and Jordan Minor; two step-sons: Kurtis Teitsort and wife Linda and Kevin Teitsort and wife Leigh Ann; several step-grandchildren; a sister: Wanda Lee of Odin; a sister-in-law: Avis Luttrell of Odin; a brother-in-law: Leon Arnold of Odin; several nieces and nephews.
She was born February 9, 1942 in Odin, the daughter of Kenneth L. Luttrell and Edith (Carter) Luttrell. She married Roger Teitsort on July 23, 1991 and he survives in Odin. Betty is preceded in death by her parents: Kenneth & Edith Luttrell, two brothers: Jerry Bateman and Donald Luttrell, a sister: Dorothy Arnold and a brother-in-law: Harold Lee.
