Both the driver and passenger were arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop on West Main and Hotze Road in Salem Thursday night.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested the driver, 56-year-old Mark Hills of Nation Road in Salem, for possession with intent to deliver and possession of 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine.
A passenger, 42-year-old Crystal McIntosh of Valley Forge Road in Mt. Vernon, was arrested for possession of meth.
