Bond was set at $200,000 in Marion County Court on Friday for a 19-yea-rold Salem man who was formally charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and three counts of child pornography.

Dustin Peach of South Lackey was arrested on Wednesday following an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children and Salem Police.  The charges allege Peach improperly touched an underage girl and allegedly had three photos depicting the child under 13 unclothed on his phone.

All four of the charges are Class X felonies.   The public defender was appointed to represent Peach.   He was ordered to have no contact with a person under the age of 18 if released on bond.   Peach is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on February 16th.

Salem Police say the incidents allegedly occurred in December while Peach was babysitting the young girl.
