Eight arrested following drug bust at home in rural Centralia

The Mt. Vernon Police Department/Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit with assistance from the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force has arrested eight people on drug charges in connection with a surveillance operation of a home in the 3300 block of Richview Road in rural Centralia.

Bond has been set at $200,000 for 28-year-old Brandon Rogozinsky of Centralia after he was charged with possession of 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Seven others were taken into custody after a search warrant was executed on the home at 3369 East Richview Road.

33-year-old Kyle Fortag was arrested for Possession of Meth under 5 grams with Intent to Deliver.

The other six were all charged with possession of under five grams of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment.

They are:

  • 38-year-old Tami Fortag of Centralia
  • 27-year-old Trevor Langford of Odin
  • 39-year-old Aida Almodovar of Centralia
  • 23-year-old Danton Willis of Washington, IN
  • 37-year-old Nicholas Sublett of Centralia, IL
  • 36-year-old Shaunta Dick of Winslow, IN

All seven were taken to the Jefferson County Jail at Mt. Vernon pending a decision on the filing of formal charges and the setting of bond.
