Salem Police have arrested a 33-year-old Salem man for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. Damon Deboer of Tully Lane was taken into custody following an early Tuesday morning traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Broadway. He was originally stopped for failure to signal. The drugs were later located in the vehicle.
A 34-year-old Wamac man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop by Centralia Police. Eddie Myers of Gillmore Street allegedly was found in possession of DMT.
A 25-year-old Centralia woman has been arrested for violation of bail bond and criminal trespass to land. Shatavia McGee of North Cherry was taken into custody when going to a home in the 700 block of North Elm where she was prohibited as a condition of bond.
