A third person has pleaded guilty to robbery in connection with a robbery and stabbing that occurred on the Point on Raccoon Lake on Christmas Eve 2019.

24-year-old Justin Landreth of South Pearl Street in Salem was sentenced to four years probation, 140 days in the Marion County Jail with credit for time served, and ordered to abstain from drugs and alcohol with treatment and random testing. He was also ordered to have no contact with the two other co-defendants and will have to complete 125 hours of public service work.

Landreth had originally been charged with armed robbery. He admitted to having a role in the robbery and stabbing of Kody Biegeleisen of Central City. His cell phone was reportedly taken in the incident. Biegeleisen had initially given Centralia Police a different story about what happened.

26-year-old David Sickler of Clinmar Street in Centralia and 20-year-old Melissa Landreth of Sandoval earlier pleaded guilty to reduced charges of robbery in connection with the incident. They also both received four-year probationary terms.
