A 25-year-old rural Kell man was arrested by Centralia Police following a Monday afternoon traffic stop in the 400 block of North Elm on drug charges and a no-bond warrant. Zachary Higgins of Morton Lane was taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and on a Washington County no bond warrant for alleged flight to avoid prosecution.
29-year-old Thomas Holman of New Baden posted a $3,000 bond and was released from the Marion County Jail after turning himself in on a felony failure to appear in court warrant.
