2021 03/06 – La’Quinta Hulbert

La’Quinta Hulbert, 34, of Rantoul, Illinois, passed away on March 1, 2021, at her father’s residence in Bedford, Indiana. Ms. Hulbert was the lead supervisor at Charles Industries for five years in Rantoul. Our mom was a very likable person when she was here on earth, always kind and always wishing the best for people even if they didn’t wish the same for her, she’s the strongest woman we know physically and mentally. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 5, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Lux Memorial Chapel in Rantoul, Illinois. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 11:00 am at Newell Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Mr. Robbie Hulbert and Mr. Anthony Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois. Memorials may be made in LaQuinta’s honor to the Hulbert Family in the care of Bryan Hulbert. Please remember to observe social distancing at this time. We are limited to 50 people in our building at a time. Following the CDC and NFDA regulations, we encourage everyone to wear a mask. La’Quinta is survived by fiancee, Courtney Baker of Rantoul, Illinois; father, Steve Hulbert and wife, Karen of Bedford, Indiana; mother, Sabrina Moore-Hulbert of Rantoul, Illinois; daughters, La’Niya Lewis, La’Sani Stiff, and Jayda Stiff all of Rantoul, Illinois; sister, Charity Moore of Rantoul, Illinois; brothers, Bryan Hulbert and wife, Cierra of Houston, Texas, Tyrell Hulbert of Rantoul, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.

She was born May 6, 1986, in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri to Steven Hulbert and Sabrina Moore Hulbert.
