Wednesday toll:  986 more coronavirus cases and 42 more deaths

The number of coronavirus cases and deaths continues to grow. The Illinois Department of Public Health on Wednesday reported 986 new cases and 42 additional deaths.   That brings the overall total cases to 6,980 and 141 deaths. City of Centralia going forward with Spring Clean Up Week next week

Illinois Corrections and Public Health officials work to control the spread of coronavirus
